This project is a fork of Tomb Finance, an algorithmic token pegged to FTM. This project was built by a team who were rugged and wanted a better system in place to be profitable. The idea behind Zoom is a multi-token protocol that consists of the following three tokens: Zoom Token ($ZOOM), ZShares ($ZSHARE), ZBonds ($ZBOND). This team will work with other tomb forks and create innovative new mechanisms. The peg will be maintained by initially just launching ZOOM, and then ZOOM Share. Additional mechanisms will be introduced to maintain ZOOM's peg.
What is the simplest method to allow for compounding rewards?
The following is NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. It is for education and entertainment purposes only. There are endless strategies, and which one you choose depends on your risk tolerance and the time horizon of your goals. However, the simplest method, i.e. the "plug-and-play" method is detailed below. Also, take some profits along the way.
If $ZOOM is OVER the peg:
1. Buy ZOOM to pair it with $FTM and provide liquidity then stake the ZOOM-FTM LP tokens in the castle to earn ZSHARE rewards.
2. Then take your ZHARE rewards and stake it in the cottage to earn more ZOOM.
3. Sell half of your earned ZOOM for FTM and compound it back into ZOOM-FTM LP = Profit!
If $ZOOM is UNDER the peg:
1. Buy ZOOM then exchange it for ZBOND. If you're LP'ing you can break the LP to exchange ZOOM for ZBOND, and use remaining FTM to buy ZOOM to exchange for ZBOND now you'll be sitting on a large stack of ZBOND and this helps bring ZOOM back above peg so that the cottage can continue printing.
2. Selling ZBOND for redemption bonus once ZOOM is back over peg (above 1.1 TWAP) = Profit!
