Indonesia - Stock Picks for Today - February 13, 2018: BUMI, SMGR, JSMR, BBCA, BBNI, TBIG, JPFA, WSKY, RALS, ERAA, KRAS



1. Bumi Resources (BUMI)
  • This year, the gross income of the company is estimated to be about USD 5.5 - 6.6 billion or up 25% compared to the forecast of the year 2017 of USD 4.8 billion.
  • The stock price of the stock also assessed is still interesting. BUMI share price valuations are already very cheap, with PER is around 4.5 times. Meanwhile, the average PER coal industry about 9 times. Reasonable price, so that the BUMI should be doubled from the current share price.
  • The company is targeting this year's coal production up 10% to 93 million tons.
2. Semen Indonesia (SMGR)

4. Bank Central Asia (BBCA)

11. Krakatau Steel (KRAS)
  • The largest steel company in Indonesia want to do three main steps in the year 2018 with efficiency, increase production capacity, and improve competitiveness.
  • CEO of KRAS is optimistic it can reach sales targets in 2018 of 2.8 million tons, or increased by 40% compared to the year 2017. For the year 2018, the company is targeting national market share of  44% for HRC, 28% for CRC and 9% for wire rod.
  • This year the company is building two projects namely the Blast Furnace and Hot Strip Mill (HSM) 2. Blast Furnace has an investment value of USD 661.5 million with production capacity of 1.2 million tons/year. While the HSM 2, has a value of investment of USD 450.4 million with a production capacity of 1.5 million tons/year.
