Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI.JK)
  • Net profit in 2017 rose 20% to Rp 13.6 trillion
  • The company recorded a consolidated net profit of Rp 13.62 trillion in 2017, grew 20.1% compared to Rp 11.34 trillion in 2016.
  • Non-interest income recorded Rp 9.78 trillion or grew 13.9% compared to the period 2016 Rp 8.59%. The non performing loan (NPL) recorded 2.3% lower than 3% in 2016. Loan growth reached 12.2%. and total credit recorded Rp 441.31 trillion
  • Total assets per 2017 recorded Rp 709.33 trillion, growing 17.6% compared to the period 2016 of $603.3 trillion.
Jasa Marga (JSMR.JK)

  • The company uses only Rp 201,3 billion or 20.44% of IPO funds. While the rest of the funds of Rp 783.37 billion is still stashed in bank account deposits and IPO account.
  • The company in the near future have not need to use bond or medium term notes, because of the company's cash flow is still sufficient to finance the projects or investments. Also, the position of the debt to equity ratio (DER) still under 0.6 x.
  • The value of new contracts targeted reach Rp 8 trillion in 2018, or rose 35% compared to 2017 amounted to Rp 5,9 trillion.
Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGAS.JK)
  • The company will aquire PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas), a subsidiary PT Pertamina (Persero) which is engaged in the business of gas.
PP Properti (PPRO.JK)
  • PT Grahabuana Cikarang will launch vertical residential project with the concept of Little Tokyo. This is the second collaboration project with PT PP Properti (PPRO). This project will target the middle segment.
Bank Pan Indonesia (PNBN.JK)

"Buy on Weakness" on the level of 1090 – 1100, with target prices gradually in 1130, 1180 level and 1280. Support: 1080.
Japfa Comfeed Indonesia performance (JPFA.JK)
  • The company's performance predicted improved this year. The prospect of a company's performance is supported by the reference pricing of corn, the lack of potential of an oversupply, and the exchange rate of the rupiah which is more stable.
  • In 2018, JPFA have budgeted capital expenditures amounted to Rp 2,2 trillion

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI.JK)
  • The company  projecting net profit in 2017 could reach double digits. In 2016, net profit reached Rp25,8 trillion or rose 2.18% from Rp 25,5 trillion a year earlier. And until Q3 2017 reached Rp 20,5 trillion or grew 8.2% in year on year (yoy).
PT Timah (TINS.JK)
  • Danareksa Sekuritas is targeting an increase in revenue to Rp 9.48 trillion in 2018, up compared to the approximate year 2017 of Rp 8.61 trillion and Rp 6.96 trillion in 2016.
  • While net profit in 2018 is estimated to reach Rp 377 billion, up versus last year's estimate of Rp 366 billion and the Rp 252 billion in 2016.
  • While the production volume in 2018 is estimated to grow conservatively reach 6.7% to 32,000 tons.
Chandra Asri Petrochemical (TPIA.JK)
  • TPIA is the only manufacturer of butadiene in Indonesia. In addition, butadiene sales in Q3 2017 increased 45.7% year on year (yoy). Net profit for the Q3 2017 increased 15.8% yoy to US $250.55 million. Revenue also rose 28.6% yoy to US $ 1.79 billion.
  • The development process of the factory of synthetic rubber is estimated to be completed in the Q1-2018. While the addition of butadiene plant capacity can be completed in predictable Q3-2018.
Bank Mandiri (BMRI.JK)
  • The company strengthen efforts in financial technology businesses (Fintech) through its subsidiary engaged in the venture, PT Mandiri Capital Indonesia.
  • Until the end of 2017, from the funds of Rp 550 billion, PT Mandiri Capital Indonesia have invested in 8 companies with investment value total around Rp 350 billion. Financial technology companies engaged in the stub payment, peer to peer lending, and SME solutions. Its existence is expected to strengthen synergies with the Mandiri Group.
Jasa Armada Indonesia (IPCM.JK)
  • The company plans to raise raise a number of scouting rates and delays in a number of work areas. The company is still formulating formula calculation the rate and magnitude of rate increase.
  • But the company will only raise rates for domestic ships, while rates for foreign ships are not raised.  Rate increase being estimated reach 20%.
