As you already know, I like to keep up to date with all the latest endometriosis information and resources available.

This article covers some of the lifestyle changes that you might want to know about to help you manage endometriosis.

When you view the human body it is a good idea to look at the big picture and not just the individual small components. The body is a machine. When one area is out of control it can lead other areas into disarray. The trick is to make sure your body is functioning at its peak. How can this be accomplished? Let's take a look!

First, make sure you are eating a healthy diet. You should try and stick to just eating natural, healthy foods and drinking lots of water. Here is a short list of some foods you should definitely try to consume:

-  fresh vegetables
-  foods containing omega-3 fatty acids in your diet (since our bodies don't produce them but we need them to live)
-  green tea
-  live yogurt
-  nuts
-  oatmeal
-  brown rice

In addition, you should try to avoid these foods or at least limit your intake:

-    alcohol
-    caffeine
-    meat
-    processed foods
-    sugar
-    wheat

It is also important to exercise and manage stress. There are many ways you can go about doing these things. Join a gym or take up jogging. Treat yourself to a day at the spa or a good massage every once in a while.

You should also invest in vitamins and supplements that will ensure your body has all the proper nutrients it requires.

In the eBook I recommend there is a complete list of vitamins and supplements that you should use to help treat endometriosis.

"Treating Your Endometriosis" eBook also has more information on lifestyle changes that can help you turn the tide against endometriosis.

And... the e-book covers in detail the importance of correctly managing endometriosis daily.
