First, note that people are attracted
to very expensive items. No one sits around and talks passionately for
hours about a Ford Fiesta. No one goes to an auto show to drool over a
Hyundai Accent.
But they will spend hours looking over a high priced item, simply out of curiosity or desire.
You
should have very high priced products in your "catalog" for this
reason. It will increase sales of your lower priced items. And, yes, a
certain percentage of your customers will buy the ultra-high priced
items. If you don't offer them, you miss out on that revenue.
